Mosaic is introducing a new affordable-housing strategy into the Philadelphia community; a “Tiny House” pilot rental housing program. This project focuses on formerly homeless seniors and is comprised of a 26 studio new construction apartment building. Mosaic was awarded this project though an RFP process from the City of Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services.
