Student Housing

Mosaic and Campus Apartments were selected to develop a nearly 300k SF graduate student housing development at the University of Maryland in College Park, Prince George’s County, MD. The first phase will involve demolishing vacant townhome style buildings and replacing them with a new apartment style building in what is called Old Leonardtown. Pre-development and design work has already begun to construct a housing program, serving approximately 800 graduate students.
