Golaski Labs, situated in a visible corner in the historic Germantown neighborhood, was lauded as the first in the country to include new market tax credits, federal opportunity zone investment and crowd funded non-accredited investment. This $8.5 million adaptive reuse and associated new modular residential construction of a former vacant lab warehouse is now home to a mixed income residences and affordable community based businesses. The project is open and stabilized.
