This 64k SF, $54M transit-oriented, mixed-use project will be achieved through a public-private partnership between the Frankford CDC and Mosaic. This new construction will provide local residents with a grocery store, a City of Philadelphia health center, mixed-income housing and additional retail. Frankford Transportation Center will serve as a catalyst for the Frankford Avenue commercial corridor.
