Located on the border of Brewerytown and Strawberry Mansion in Philadelphia, this former warehouse sat vacant for 35 years. The team used an $8 million financial structure incorporating historic and new market tax credits to remove the roof structure and create an innovative courtyard community with residential and office lofts. Mosaic successfully exited the project in 2022.
