Mosaic was selected by Cheyney University, the nation’s oldest historically black college, to re-imagine its campus. Currently, Mosaic is leading the effort to build a regional active sports and recreational facility and redevelop nearly 100 acres and 400,000 SF of underutilized buildings. The multi-year partnership includes master planning, programming, development and leasing for the University.
